Before ordering please read through the terms and conditions
of our service. If you continue without reading our terms
and conditions, we will not take any responsibility later of
anything that we have mentioned here.
1. In case our server rejects your order and it’s not due to any
IMEI or Network issue, we will give you a full refund.
2. This service is valid for the specified network mentioned in
the product title. Check before ordering that your network
matches with the title. If Network/Carrier provided by you is
wrong, we will offer no refund.
3. Please make sure you are choosing the right device model
which matches with the device model mentioned in the
product title.
If you order a product with the wrong model which is not listed
on the title, there will be no refund.
4. The device should be activated in order to get it unlocked.
5. After making an order, please send us your correct IMEI
number (This 15 digit code can be obtained by dialing *#06#). If
the IMEI number is wrong we will not offer you a
refund.
6. Estimated delivery time is counted by working/business days.
But sometimes due to high pressure of orders or if the servers
are down it may take more time. Sometimes the order delivery is not
dependent on the seller, it depends on the network.
Your order is always important to us and we try our best to
deliver the result ASAP. But in this situation, we would
appreciate your patience very much.
No cancellations allowed once the order is in process. There
will be no refund for such cancellations.
7. Even though it hasn’t ever happened till now but just to be clear with
the customers we must mention that only if the server rejects the order in
which case we offer a full refund (aggregated value/local currency).

9. Do not order with an already unlocked device’s IMEI
number. No refund will be issued.
11. We are taking disputes and fraud on a serious note. A single case, every single order- will be blacklisted. If it is an iPhone order than it will be set for re-lock. If it is an iCloud order it will be re-locked as well. And GSMA will be blacklisted.
Pricing
Pricing is updated based on market competition and currency
variations. It is a subject to change anytime without notice on
rare occasion.
Refund Policy and Verification
1) In case of network or carrier unlock if your device is not
unlocked you will then have to contact us with providing the
simlock status with the organization URL and a video clip
which shows that your device is still locked with your IMEI
number appearing on your device screen clearly.
2) The refund consists of only the aggregated value of the product.
