Refund policy
If the unlock does not work for whatever reason and you see a “Invalid Sim” or “No Service” warning, we must work with you to fix the problem. Contacting Apple or your carrier’s technical support may be necessary for this. The mere fact that you are having a problem does not entitle you to a refund.
