If can’t be active , please follow the steps below:

① Check the serial number/WiFi address/Bluetooth address are written correct；

②. Disassemble the IC nand flash and use box edit to write a new full set serial by (Navi pro-IPbox.WL…ect) if your device is a cellular version (4G-lte), in order to make it WiFi exclusively;

③. Restore your device to the latest IOS system with iTunes;

④. iTunes or a WiFi connection are required for the iOS 12 system to be operational. if you utilize third-party tools like “itools,” the assistance won’t be activated;

⑤. After completing the aforementioned steps, if the device still isn’t able to be activated, send us a video with the serial number, WIFI address, and Bluetooth address as well as a screenshot of the device’s inactive status, and we’ll check it out right away.
